We love this location. The staff are always so welcoming and eager to help when needed. Of course, there is plenty to select from and there is always a sale, which is a bonus. This past Saturday we were there and were rung up by one of the sweetest young ladies we have ever encountered there. Of course, I did not catch her name, but she was amazing. We had a huge order (tons of candles) and she took the time to ensure she packed our bags with care. I overlooked one sale and she reminded me (as she was ringing us up) that the hand soaps were on sale for $2.95 (so many people were around the area, that I did not see the sale sign as I picked up two of them), so I immediately ran and got more. Overall, it is a great place to shop.

I didn't buy anything because I suddenly got spending fatigue. The gal who greeted me when I entered quickly filled me in on the location of sale tables. This is a great time to stock up on soaps, candles etc.

When I went there the service was not all completely bad. However, I did knock my drink on the floor on accident when reaching to a higher shelf. I immediately let a worker know because I knew the floor would be sticky even though I cleaned it with paper towels. Skylar was the worker I asked to help me and while she did help, she seemed to give an attitude by saying “wonderful!” with a forced smile. Don’t get me wrong, I work in customer service so I understand frustration in having to stop what you’re doing but I still thought it was rude.

Greeted and treated wonderfully! Great service and products. I love that you can sample the products before buying.

Always have the things I am looking for in stock. The store is clean and well merchandised, smells wonderful, and the employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Their sales match what is online and in the app, and you can easily pick up your mobile orders here!
