This location was very laid back. Although I was asked what brought me in, no one insisted I smell the newest scent or rattled off the promotions. Instead, I was pointed in the direction of the semi-annual sale items and the specific seasonal products I took the trip for, were being held at the counter for me. Grateful for the friendly and accomodating service.

Excellent experience! Associates/staff very friendly, helpful and not overbearing allowing me to shop at my pace. Store is impeccably clean. Product merchandising clean cut, well maintained and drew me in to purchase more items. Highly recommend this location! Thank you for the enjoyable experience.

Terrible customer service I use to coupons 2 gift cards and some how the last gift card wouldn't go through they should have told me you can only use 1 gift card. So I called customer service they said 2 gift card you cannot use it was there fault. I,m out 20 dollars that,s me and wife spend a lot money in that store. Not any more Terrible customer service

I came to this location for a specific scent after being disappointed with the employees at the Concord Mall location. I was able to get everything I wanted and more for amazing prices. The employees were both very helpful and friendly.

Amazing customer service! Russell and Corey were so professional, fun and helpful. I came in with a list of 25 needed items and they assisted me with matching exactly which scents I was looking for. They were organized, informative and made a long list of shopping fun and enjoyable. The store is beautiful, the options are endless! Thank you both for helping me! These two gentlemen were awesome!
