Great service great products favorite place as always
Was there yesterday and deal was buy 3 get 1 free. For the lady to tell me next time you get free. False Advertising's everywhere says 3 & 1 free. Did not catch her name was in a hurry. Not going back.
The best customer service from all the ladies, I'm from California and I'm visiting here Iowa, I love all the people in Iowa, I do recommend this store for their kindness of all the ladies at the this store bath & body works at Williamsburg outlet in Iowa. God bless all the ladies at this store.
I am not sure if it was an off day for the staff, but they were not helpful at all. We had some questions on some deals they were running, and they were very short with us. They then began to push items on us as if they were working for Commission. It made us very uncomfortable.
Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent suggestions for my likes and their products
