Love this new location, behind the Wyoming Valley Mall! I always get great deals, at any of them, but this is so conveniently located! Friendly staff as well! 🧡

I am very disappointed. I was on hold to speak with a supervisor after I called customer service to find out why my account was inactive he told me because I need to buy something which makes no sense because that's what I was trying to do so after being on hold waiting for a supervisor for about 10 to 20 minutes they hung up on me the problem wasn't fixed. I don't think I want to do business with them anymore. Who makes someone's account inactive because they haven't bought something in a while I had well over 20 fragrances. Why do I need to buy more when they tell me.

First off let me say that I love this store better then the one at the mall! The store is clean and well organized! Everyone is very knowledgeable about the products and they go above and beyond to help! The manager Robyn was extremely helpful and a very professional young lady. I'll definitely be shopping there again!

Was just running errands nearby today (4/18), and noticed this bath and body works, and didn’t even realize it was their first day of operation! I was just curious and stopped by, wondering when this suddenly popped up. The store is spacious and laid out well, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is really convenient and accessible. The only other stand-alone store is all the way up in Moosic, out of my way; the one in the mall is pretty tiny, and driving into that mall parking lot is a nightmare with all those potholes. I love this new location and the very friendly people who helped me out today!! I will be back!

Love the location. Easier parking. The store is absolutely beautiful and the staff is wonderful.
