The employee, Pepper, truly deserves a raise. Her customer service is exceptional, and her kindness and willingness to help are deeply appreciated. I’ve never met someone more pleasant, she is an absolute asset to your team.

For once, I saw a men's section today in bath and body works. As usual, the store was clean, had a great collection. When we first walked in, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help with a friendly smile. There were some good sales going on, and plenty of test samples to try out, to pick the one you'll like.

Sales associates so friendly and helpful. Great selection of merchandise. They have lots of sales and special deals. They send a lot of coupons, too. I especially love their return policy. I get headaches from strong scents and if I get something from there as a gift and I know it is to strong I can go and exchange it with no questions asked. I love their foam pump soaps....They are great!

I typically visit the second level store and the ladies there are always so lovely and helpful! Today I visited the lower level store to buy a small present and was greeted by Johnny, this guy was so awesome! Very helpful and super sweet, I always have positive experiences at these stores and like how sales and coupons may be stacked.

I've been shopping here for years off and on. I am always satisfied with courtesy and sales. Once I walked out with over $100 for less than $25 because I had a coupon, there was a store wide sale, and the cashier provided an additional coupon. I love store wide sales because it opens the door for people who can't afford regular purchases.
