I came in during candle day and of course I ended up knocking over a candle. Miranda was so quick to help and made sure I was okay. Several ladies have helped me shop before and they all do such an amazing job keeping the store looking and smelling beautiful! The team is always so friendly and makes it a great store to come back to. Wishing you all happy holidays! ☃️

I want to start by saying I can go to 2 other stores closer to my home. I won’t be visiting them anytime soon! I will shop this location from now on! Why?!? Marissa, Lashonta, and Kelly!!! Those 3 are THE EXACT people you want to represent your brand! As far as I am concerned, I will only shop the Danada Square store. Not only did the have wonderful product knowledge, but they each figured out the other part to retail success: asking questions. Thank you all for quite the pleasurable shopping experience!!! I WILL be back!

Great customer service! Love this store. I frequently order online and my order is always ready to be picked up early! I love that you don’t need to wait in line to get your order.

I had the worst experience at the Woodfield B&BW and they gave me the hardest time for a simple fragrance exchange. They typically allowed an even exchange for body mists without the receipt as long as it was the same price point.They were extremely rude and weren’t helpful as to why it couldn’t be done. After calling the ladies at this location, I dropped everything and came here after they told me that they would be able to do the exchange for me. The wonderful ladies at this location, specifically Lashonta and Viviana worked it out for me and told me that they’d get it figured out for me even though they have a new policy now.
