Very nice people, great store. But I was there for five minutes and approached three times. Greet me at the door, that’s fine. But if I say I’m just looking, please leave me alone. Three times is too many. I was asked what I was looking for, what I usually shop for, told what’s popular. I get it, you’re in sales. But it made me leave the store as soon as humanly possible because that’s just way too much. I just want $11 worth of car scents, not an interrogation. I had been eyeing a candle holder and I’ll probably just look later online.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Immediately upon arriving we were greeted by friendly staff. Justin was knowledgeable, very helpful, and friendly… When it comes to customer service. Justin you went above and beyond….💯💯💯💯Thank you for a wonderful experience @ Bath & Body Works

I get you have to work sales or whatever but when i say im just browsing for a few minutes and looking to cool off maybe dont have every employee badger me and then give serious attitude when i don’t buy anything. I would have maybe considered getting something if there wasn’t three seperate employees breathing down my neck during a heat wave

I got a reward cupom in the amount of US$ 16,95 and went there to get my item. First I do not feel exactly happy to get only one item for this amount other than choose different itens to summarize US$ 16,95. But it’s ok this is the “rule”. Secondly they asked me whether or not I would like to buy something else, I said : no thank you! That’s it for today! I got an unfriendly reaction when I refused to buy something else. Wait a minute! Am I supposed to buy something when I get my reward item? I do not think so! And when I had to return itens that I bought to change to another item, I have the same unfriendly reaction. Sincerely I do not think this store is treating the customer very well.

Wonderful location. Jordan, Aliyah & Rachel are awesome. They're very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with which makes this my favorite location to go to.
