If I could leave less than one star, I would. I visited this location to exchange defective items and fragrances I didn't like, but I was met with immediate attitude from the manager, who began whispering into her walkie-talkie and making me feel watched. At the register, I faced further hostility regarding the return policy, with staff demanding receipts for gifts and refusing even exchanges for items I did have proof of purchase for. As an 8-year employee of this company, I know the return policy. It is shameful that a company promoting DEI allows such racist behavior from its staff. I will NEVER shop here again.

I just want to give a shout out to Bailey. She is fantastic! She was so helpful and attentive with my tween, answering all her questions about the new Disney princess collection and getting just as excited about it as her. Thank you!

This is a nice store that sells, lotions, bath products, candles, etc. It is very clean and well organized and bright. They have plenty of friendly, knowledgeable and cheerful employees, ready to assist you. It is located right on Main St in Crocker Park Shopping Center.

Many selections. Nice and empty and peaceful shipping during the weekday. $1.70 for thirty minutes of parking, yikes like living in LA again.

I really like this place and so does my mom, and it being close to mother's day, it is the perfect place; especially with their deals going on. The employees are super nice and very helpful. Thank you Jesse
