Rude, unprofessional employees. We specifically asked for the buy three, get three free discount to be applied at checkout. Instead of doing that, the cashier just randomly added an extra $10 off (which wasn't even part of the sale) and claimed she applied our discount. The total still came out to around $50 for just three products, which didn't make sense. When we got to the car, we realized the buy three, get three free deal was never applied -- and we were charged for six products instead of three. I checked the app to confirm, and yes, the items we bought were absolutely part of the sale. On top of that, we were followed around the store the entire time. The sale that day was amazing. Buy 3 get 3, plus I had a reward for a free gift and got 1 extra room spray (my favorite) that wasn't covered by a deal and paid 75$ for a shopping trip that should have cost almost $200. Their Halloween line right now is SO cute. Projectors night lights candles... everything is so cute for Halloween this year 👻👻

LOVE this location! The people working are always so nice and I’m not sure what her name is but the girl with the pink and black hair was amazing! She told me about all the deals they were having and was super super friendly!

I stopped by this location to buy some candles during Annual Candles Sale event and the workers are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store, great customer service!

Bad customer service. I get you guys have a sale, but why are you guys having like 20 people Wait outside like that’s very unprofessional. You guys should figure something out for customers to get in faster.
