I had two orders to pick up, but unfortunately, I didn't realize the order would be canceled if I didn't pick them up within six days, and I'd been extremely busy. Miss Cece helped me in the best way possible, from the very first minute until the end of my purchase. BBW definitely needs to give her a raise; she's incredibly kind, respectful, and always willing to help. God bless her; her professionalism is outstanding.

I went to the store today for the candle sale, they were terrific! The store was so well staffed and they did a great job of getting everyone right through. I believe Elaina (?) helped me, she was so great at taking the time to help with price adjustments from a previous purchase! So wonderful to get such great help during this busy time!

This shop is very neat and fully staffed. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I had been searching for a body lotion and had visited several other stores with no luck. When I finally called this store, they had the lotion and were kind enough to hold it for me. Thank you so much to the entire team!

Very disappointed with this experience. My order was marked as delivered, but it was sent to the wrong house. I contacted customer service immediately, but they refused to issue a refund or replacement even though the package was never received. This was a stressful and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend ordering unless you're prepared to risk losing your money if something goes wrong with delivery.

Plenty of good bargains to be had when you get the emails or coupons through the mail. The quality of the products is awesome though and so many flavors to choose from. Easy to get lost in here with so much variety. Staff are super helpful without being in your face.
