Bath & Body Works

Placed a pick up order. When I arrived store is closed due to technical issues. Not sure for how long they have been closed. I chat with bath and body works and they assure me that the order will not be cancelled and the 5 days to pick order would be reset since store is closed. I called store next day, still closed. In the afternoon my order was cancelled. I spend an hour trying to chat with the company to see if I can get the order at another store. Chat crashed before been helped with new order. Today I called and was told none of the prices or the coupons that were given to my due to placing orders recently could be honored. Waste of time.

When I entered the store I was instantly greeted by an associate offering help and to answer any questions I had. I explained the scent I was looking for and she immediately found a fabulous fragrance. Very happy with my visit and I will be back.

I ordered online for pick up and they give you 5 days for picking up but the store isn’t opened due to technical difficulties so my order was cancelled because this store isn’t open. Unfortunately you don’t get any type of update via email or text only a voicemail when you call them that they don’t know when they’ll be open.

I always love going here they are so friendly and helpful. Last time I went Mia helped me and she was so helpful. She helped me right when I entered and told me all the promotions where going on. She also helped me find an amazing scent called pink obsessed. I told her I love vanilla scent and she helped me find all the perfumes that smell like vanilla and I loved it. I definitely went to her when I had a question and she always had an answer. Thank you for an amazing experience she was an amazing worker.

This is the worst experience I ever had on a store and the worst one I have ever been, the managers are not helpful or understanding of the customer needs and they pretty much don’t care, not also they made me drive 30 minutes to pick up an order but when I got there at 11:20 and by the time they checked my order it was already 11:25 am they cancelled 😡 at 11:24 am and by one minute they will not give me my items and wanted to charge me full price for them, which any other store would had price match what I got and by one minute they did not help me!!! I wasted two hours there calling customer service and the managers did not care at all, I’m never going back to this store and of course I will stop buying from here, they don’t care about the customers and the managers were horrible I reall
