They have a really good sale going on right now everything was $3.95 I love there perfumes and hand sanitizers. They also have lip gloss and lip scrubs ,candles, and laundry soap now.

...I love going there and getting seasonal stuff to feel comfortable but Everytime they tell me to go to the app and get their coupons I can't get into it and kicks me out everytime even the website does the same thing and I can't access anything so some IT needs to work on their end of y people can't get their stuff when they r offered for free...

12 May 2023 Thanks to a cashier who didn't hand me my receipt (she put it in my bag) when giving me back cash change, it went flipping out the window, which almost caused an accident!!! Then when I called the store I was told that without the transaction number on the receipt (that flipped out the truck window) they couldn't/wouldn't help me!! That's just fantastic NOT!!! OLDER REVIEW I love this place also it's a great gift idea for a family member or friend. Not sure what smell they like? Get them a giftcard and let them deside.

I love bath and body works and never have a poor experience at one but the level of customer service at this specific store is seriously lacking.

I used to really love this store up until my last 2 experiences. There’s a young blonder hair lady that works the front, who picks and chooses who she greets(trust me I stood close by to listen in as I shopped new candles people of olive tone or darker were NOT greeted and she looks you dead in the eyes please for your cameras for proof this is not a lie she did this 5/2 around 12:30pm and 5/3 around 1:40pm). Fast forward I just wanted to exchange a new candle I purchased the day prior(I used a coupon for bopis along with a gift card) a older women working the register(5/3 at 1:50pm) told me she has to do a online return then, I can pay for the new candle in a separate transaction(mind you she wasn’t even going to give me a price adjustment). I said “well can I do a no receipt return” she
