Bath & Body Works

I went to this Bath and Body Works to buy something for my Mom's birthday and had a wonderful experience. April was very, very helpful!

Love the deals and sales. To be honest I still shop there if they have sales or not. Clean store, friendly service. Great product

I used to love B&BW, however, the quality of their products and customer service have went downhill over the years. In store, the associates stalk me like im going to steal. I don't appreciate that. The stores are small and crowded all the time. The website and app either lag or stop working all together. Their perfumes fade quickly. The candles are the only ones I've witnessed embers jumping out of! HUGE HAZARD! The car scents are worthless. I tried to contact customer service today because an item i ordered arrived empty but after waiting on hold for 30 minutes, I found out that I was 150 in queue! Another company that is functioning on the least amount of workers. I'm disappointed all around.

If I could this store no stars or negative stars- I would! I went in this afternoon and was never greeted by any of the many sales associates working on the floor. No one asked if I needed help with anything. Any other time I go in, I'm bombarded by associates following me when all I want to do is look. When I got up to the counter to pay, the associate got extremely nasty when I tried to use 2 coupons. I wanted to ring up 2 separate transactions. She told me I would have to come back tomorrow. If you don't want me to use 2 coupons- don't send me 2 sets of coupons!! She also walked away from me without a thank you for coming in. Merry Christmas. Have a good evening. Kiss my behind. Nothing. She just walked away... Her customer service spoke volumes. I will never shop in this stor

Great place to get some nice lotions and sprays. The smells are wonderful! And friendly staff. Go check them out!
