After shipping my order to the wrong (previous, but updated) address, I contacted B&B and they informed me they would reship my order to the correct address . A week later I got an email saying the item was no longer available. .that was it .. no refund, no option to reply to email. Nothing...no credit on my act. No refund. They just kept the money for 3 items and never returned an attempt to contact thru phone or email.. not acceptable 😞. And today I was told by Janet that they needed the old address the item was shipped to to verify it. Why would I give them the old address to resend items UNAVAILABLE to the old address. Janet claims that the order has been sent 3 times to the old address. And not the address I have online on my act and the address I gave to the representative when I ca

Their offers are amazing, the staff is so nice and kind. I definitely love the scents of their lotions, perfumes, creams, and bath stuff. You'll definitely won't know what to choose, everything smells so good. Very clean space. I would definitely recommend to go by on a shopping day.

This is my go to for good deals on body sprays. I love the new smells and I love going in the store and being able to test the smells before I buy them. Oh did I mention the great deals they have. "If you buy some get some free", so it's a 2 in 1 kinda deal,, its a win win.. Now one of my favorite new scents is "Butterfly". So if you like body sprays and lotions this is definitely a place for you.

The girls are so helpful all the time. I had to go back a couple of days later to get a few bags for gifts, and they didn't hesitate in helping me out with free bags for all the stuff I had bought. The place is super organized and smells wonderful!! Love it!❤️
