I've always liked their collections and the annual seasonal sales that I've come to expect & adore. Your staff is usually always on point with knowledge & a smile but I must say, many of us experienced a noticeable shift in customer service AND product knowledge when they terminated all of their "seasoned" more experienced veterans employees and replaced them with younger, less experienced hires because they come cheaper. They tossed shift týs these aside after years of loyalty and superb service so they would no longer have to pay them what they've earned: Shameful.

Stopped in to browse the scents and candles and noticed the associate asked a couple other customers what they were looking for but did not ask me. Was going to ask if their wall scents were on sale but left the store without buying anything. No use doing business with a place like this. If you want to be professional then you need to be sure to be polite to all customers.

I'm addicted to this place. Pretty much the only good store left in the mall. They always have great deals going on and if your on their email list they always send you coupons. The customer service is great as well. Also they are always coming out with new products depending on the time of the year. The aromatherapy section and the wallflowers are some of my favorites.

This location opened in 2021 after the location at the mall had been closed down for a while. I enjoy this location, every person working there is very nice and helpful. They always have everything stocked well! I think a lot of people don't realize they're there yet.

Wausau Bath and Body Works staff went above and beyond. The were patient and went out of their way to make the best of my return. I had ordered candles online for Christmas gifts. I wanted to return 6 of the 14 I had ordered. The return was about to go on a gift card even thought I had a reciept. I asked if I could get the retuen back on card or cash. They were not able to process. They decided to call customer service headquarters. After 30 minute of being on hold, they were able to process return. Thank you staff and management for being so patient 🙏
