I was here a few weeks ago and bought several candles. There were a few my husband didn’t like so we returned them. The girl at the counter rolled her eyes but said they could still return without receipt and asked for ID and then didn’t ask for my account information or look it up and didn’t tell me it would be on a gift card only. She got irritated because she had to enter my ID manually for whatever reason. She returns everything and hands the gift card to me and then it turns into a huge deal because I asked for it to be returned to my card and now she has to call the manager over. Very clean and organized! Employees are helpful and friendly:) Love the selection of products! Love all the sampling of products! I also like the location of this store. It is not inside a mall and is very easy to access! Lots of parking.

This bath and body works is so clean, so organized, and the staff is so incredibly friendly! Amanda was awesome, and so welcoming! Fantastic customer service, and amazing product knowledge. I will absolutely be back!

I love this location. It’s clean and the staff is always super friendly and helpful!! I stopped in to get some stuff for my boyfriends birthday since he loves the beard oil and the staff helped me pick out things, recommended some of their favorite scents and also helped packed a goodie bag for me. I definitely recommend coming to this location rather then the brookfield or the mall one.

Love the sales here and especially the aromatherapy options in candles, lotion, and body wash! Too bad their annual candle day sale, which gives you the best price, is only one day! The employees are always super friendly and helpful.
