Bath & Body Works

Came in looking for a nice sugar scrub, was shown their variety that they had. I also was told about the great deals that they had going on that day on the new products they just recently got in. I personally like really nice fruity scents and Allison was so helpful and friendly to all the questions I had and was very attentive in the things I liked and were looking for. Left with more than what I was looking for, but with the great deals and wonderful things I found I couldn’t resist. Such wonderful customer service!!😊

My partner has a very specific allergy to a very common ingredient in a lot of different body care items, so it's often really difficult to find products that both smell nice *and* don't cause a reaction. About two weeks ago, I went into this store with a quest, to find hand soaps without this specific ingredient, and I was met with *fantastic* assistance. Pretty much as soon as I entered the store, I was greeted and asked if I needed help, and I gave her my quest. She knew the products, and was able to not only help me find products my partner isn't allergic to, but found *more* than I needed, allowing me an actual choice within a mere fraction of the time than would usually take me to search. The store manager is very rude, talks down to customers and to the employees in front of customers. The staff is always on their phones & always gossiping rather than helping customers. Will be going to the Augusta location or Bangor instead.

This little outlet store is lovely! They had a very nice selection, clean and well organized store and the staff were friendly. I went in on the candle sale day and the store was extremely busy! The staff tried the best they could to be attentive. I absolutely love the products Bath and Body works has and left with a few candles. I’ll definitely be back.

This Bath and Body Works location is phenomenal because of the staff. The manager that was here awhile was transferred to the Bangor location I believe(?), and I’m so sad I never see her anymore, but the new manager that has been here in the mornings I come in is also just the absolute sweetest! My husband will sometimes go in here to get me candles or let the kids pick things out for me and the staff that know me will help them find scents I would like or point them in the direction of collections I have told them I haven’t completed yet. I sincerely cannot express how much I appreciate everyone that works here at this BBW.
