Bath & Body Works

I've been a devoted customer at Bath and Body Works for many years, my favorite is Warm Vanilla Sugar, I've been using it forever, just wanted to give a shout out to Edwin and his team at the Waterford CT. store, ALWAYS neat and organized with beautiful displays of all products, the entire staff is knowledgeable and attentive, I work at the jewelry store next door, so it's very convenient for me to be a very frequent shopper 😍

I've never really felt compelled to leave an amazing review for an employee like the experience I just had this morning!! EDWIN was 10/10, 5☆!! I went in there with a list for 6 items. He immediately offered his help upon me walking into the store and I kid you not!! He had ALL 6 of my items in my little basket in about 30 seconds!! 👏 👏 👏 He was AMAZING!!! Next time you go to Bath & Body works, look for Edwin! He is THE BEST! AND he was so pleasant & didn't act like I was a bother or I was putting him out at ALL like I've had at other places of the late. GREAT JOB EDWIN ☺️☺️

Husband and I just left this store. There were 6 employees standing in a circle in the center of the store, talking and laughing about another employee. We were greeted by one when we entered and someone else said goodbye to us as we left. That was all the communication we had with the staff. No one asked if we needed assistance, no one approached us as we spent quote a bit of time in the men's section, all within sight of the group. They were much more interested in gossiping, loudly, about their co-worker. We bought nothing.

Friendly staff and when you shop the sales they have good prices. I had issues finding the location as Google maps you to the wrong shopping center.

Illiana is amazing and so helpful!!!
