Very friendly staff, will help you with both in store purchases and anything you might need online. Store is easy to navigate, and they will help you with anything out of reach as well. Make sure you sign up for the app because most of the coupons are on that only now!

I had to come write my review after the sale I just swept up!! They had a $4.95 for full size and mini sized, body scrubs, perfumes and lotions. I’ll insert photos. Before I get there, when I walked in staff immediately greeted me. Although it’s somewhere with many scents it’s not overwhelming I smelled one in particular a calm warm vanilla Shea butter vibe. Even though I spoke to the employees and they told me because of the sale they had more orders than staff could fathom. They still packed me my orders that weren’t ready and my mom’s! Everybody has good customer service etiquette. Patient and get the job done💗 I got almost $120 worth of sets for free essentially because I had $60 in gift cards!

Store manager Kris awful decision making does NOT meet great customer service. I placed an online order at around 8pm to pick up in store the next day. It was a birthday gift for my daughter and one of the items in my order was cancelled as out of stock. I walked in the store and saw about over 30 Japanese cherry blossom mist and this was cancelled in my order, when I asked why? No one had an explanation that made sense. Upon them having the promotion buy 3 get 3, store manager Kris rejected to accommodate to purchase the mist for the amount I was refunded which would have came out to the same amount. Instead, I had to do a full refund, wait 5-7 day for my money back and they wanted me to repurchase the entire order. I explained how that wasn’t fair to me as I have to repurchase and inconv

Customer service online is horrible. Do not place an order online to pick up at store because if the store is temporarily closed like the Waterbury store, your order will not be filled and you cannot pick up at another store. You can’t even cancel the order. Customer service was no help what’s so ever. Online service was just horrible. I do not recommend placing online order to pick at any store at all.

This location is really nice! Well kept and clean. Much better than the mall location it hailed from originally. I am happy to see much of the original staff if not all was retained. They're good people who take the time to give a disabled person a hand when they are permitted to by Bath and Body Works store rules. I am over all much happier coming in to this location. The parking is much better for me with my ambulatory issue's. There is good walking space in between the table's where I don't bump into anything. Over all an enjoyable experience! I'm happy to bring my business here!
