Bath & Body Works

This is a beautifully merchandised B&BW & I was so happy with all the selections I had to choose from! However, I was the only customer who wasn't greeted when entering the store & when I asked a question I received a sarcastic remark as an answer. I asked a woman with blonde hair & black glasses that was working at the front of the store if I may take a candle holder from a display because I didn't want to ruin it since I saw here & another woman working on it. She then proceeded to say "Yes, that's what they're there for. Take one." The reason why I am giving this B&BW a 3 star is because of the young woman at the register who had the BEST personality & who SHOULD HAVE been out on the floor & because of the products available in-store. I had a very disappointing experience at the Bath & Body Works store during my recent visit. The employees on duty were neither welcoming nor attentive. I was not greeted upon entering the store, and throughout my visit, the staff appeared more interested in chitchatting with each other than assisting customers. When I had questions, I had to say “excuse me” just to get their attention. Even then, they did not make any effort to approach or help me properly. Instead, they remained standing where they were and answered sarcastically from a distance, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Great location. I take a client that I do caregiver for in sometimes twice a week. They seem to recognize her and don't pester her. They're not watching constantly and she's able to smell everything without being pressured.

I love the day after Christmas sale! That yellow rubber ducky pulls me in every time it's 75% off!

Here is just some of my Bath&Body works collection of products. I love their body cream the best. I use it everyday and it keeps my skin soft and smelling great. I even tried one of the mens Fragrance called Stone and I absolutely love the way that one smells on me. Sometimes I like more of a masculine smell. If you do too that’s the one to go with or get it for your significant other. I plan on going back to get their new spring line. Hope You enjoy their products as much as I do!!
