Bath & Body Works

I always have a great experience at this Bath & Body Works location. The staff is always kind and welcoming. They always help with everything and recommend great products based on what you like. Their customer service truly stands out. ⭐️

I frequently shop at this location and the customer service is always amazing and the store itself is always clean and organized which is why i continue to go. However, i noticed that what seemed to be the store manager Rosemary was making bothered faces when an African American family came into the store. I do not tolerate this behavior whatsoever. I noticed her staring them down the entire time and talking into her speaker while looking at them. This is 100% not acceptable and some type of action needs to be done and reported.

First time at this location. Friendly welcoming and everything went fine. Up until the checkout. There was an employee named Rosemary that was very rude and unprofessional. When trying to use an in-app coupon, with no clear instructions, she was no help whatsoever. On top of that, she was rude to a co-worker that seemed to be recently hired. I can only imagine being new to a job and having to deal with that type of attitude. Hope you have a better day

Melissa was a very nice worker she helped us a lot, we loved the way she was very kind and humble. She definitely deserves a promotion for her kindness.

They have wonderful staff, they are trying to keep no more than 10 people per time due to the COVID-19 situation. They do seem to be cleaning most of the times. They usually have good deals. It is a small place from the usual ones that I seen other locations. Overall I have always gone for what I want and have good experiences. Also you do have to wait in line outside, waiting times may vary. Only thing is that I feel they should add little stickers on the floor for the line to check out because some people get to close to you.
