I had such a great experience at this store! I came in with a stroller and Austin was so kind to open the door and help me out which I found to be such a thoughtful gesture. Oscar, the manager, has also been super helpful with my request. I recently placed a big online order for a bridal shower giveaway and needed the plastic with ribbons and Oscar gladly provided them for me. This location has quickly become my go-to because it’s always clean, organized, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. It really makes shopping here such a pleasant experience!

Love coming here for myself but now that my daughter is getting of age I brought her here so she could experience buying and getting scents for herself she might enjoy, and she did, it was like watching her run around a candy store for the first time all over again! We'll obviously be coming back when needed, a good stop for any mother and daughter dates!

They were really rude. When I first walked into the store I asked where the return counter was (the store of big and when you first walk in you can’t see over the displays) She said in the front at the counter … when it was infact in the back. I have poor eyesight and couldn’t see. Not sure if she was trying to be sarcastic or what but my boyfriend had to look around for me and show me where it was. Also I came in to make a return WITH a receipt and they were unable to do so because I didn’t have an online account. I ended up leaving with my things. I’m sure the concord location could help me with no problems. Only reason I went to this specific location is because they closed at a later time.

I love bath & body works but not this location horrible exprience the actual manager makes this company look bad by exhibiting behaviors with poor communication, inconsistent not taking responsibility for mistakes, not knowing the product details they sell doesnt answer questions professionally to customer she is unprofessional rude don't care about customer or concerns, interactions, and making impulsive decisions that negatively impact the customer outcomes, ultimately damaging the company's reputation and trust with clients not shopping at this location sad that you act this way and make us my family and friends uncomfortable..

Not the best store. The associates around the store are friendly and helpful, but the manager is not. Went in and had a couple of gift cards that were brand new gifts given to me and unopened from the paper until I was at the counter. At the register, the gift cards were scanned and the register was not taking them for some reason. The manager noticed when scanned that it didn’t work, she told me (not asking nicely) to swipe the gift cards. I did, it didn’t work. Then a couple of tries later, the manager looks at me and says that I’ll need to call the original place that I received the gift cards since the cards aren’t working. I told her they are gifts and they should have money in them. She finally says to the associate to try and enter the gift card number and pin. The cards still didn’
