I love Bath and Body Works, however it was so busy on the first day of the Semi Annual Sale (SAS), because of Covid there were restrictions, which is a good thing, however it was hard to get in.. So I went back on Sunday and most of the 75% items were gone. They said they don't know if they will even make the 3 weeks of the SAS because they are selling out. I couldn't get down as I usually do at SAS, because of Covid I am not going to different B&BW stores searching different varieties fragrance. So, I settle 😪 on the $4.95 body care sale. Put in an online order for pickup, only had 4 travel size lotions and 2 single wick candles. First time doing a pickup order and assumed it would be quick otherwise why would I need to make it pickup. I was in a hurry so after about an hour I went to pickup thinking it should be ready, it was not. I was greeted upon walking in and was directed to the back for pickup orders. The black woman at the register was rude and had a nasty attitude. She had a problem with helping me find the account number and told me it takes at least 4 hours to complete a pickup order even though they closed in the next hour. MY WALLFLOWER HOLDERS WERE LEAKING AND BATH & BODY REFUSED TO TAKE THEM BACK! 😠 I WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT MY WALLFLOWERS WERE THE OLD ONES, NO BARCODE AND THEY STOP TAKING THEM BACK A YEAR AGO!! BUT YOU ARE STILL SELLING THEM & THEY ARE STILL LEAKING!! Y'ALL NEED TO BETTER, THESE WALLFLOWERS ARE NOT CHEAP AND THEY ARE A SAFETY HAZARD LEAKING IN THE WALL! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE! 😠 😡
