I visited here Sunday and was extremely disappointed by the behavior I witnessed from one of the managers; the Spanish looking woman with long black hair and glasses was speaking to employees in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner, raising her voice and telling them that if they couldn’t multitask they needed to leave, even though the employees were polite and clearly doing their best, and I was uncomfortable enough to walk out. This is not the first time I’ve seen this in your store. on another visit, a different manager with white lady w short blonde hair spoke rudely to a customer over the phone, and after asking who the manager on duty was, I learned that both of these individuals are indeed managers. During my visit Black Friday weekend I overheard an employee who I believe was the manager because she was giving the other girls commands say I’m so happy she left she was so annoying referring to another customer that was in the store. I couldn’t believe my ears.

I called in about a pick up order because it said it was ready and I just wanted to confirm the lady was extremely rude and told me that if it says it’s ready that means it’s ready for pick up. What kind of customer service is that?

Was super excited that the Cumberland Mall store had the items I wanted in stock (for once) so I didn't have to pay shipping. Went in to pick up candles and they were all wrapped up in the bag. There were so many people at the check out I didn't want to pull them out and check my order. Well, my mistake because when I got home I found one was not even close to what I ordered. I called the store and said I wasn't happy I had to come back to exchange it and was told 'everyone makes mistakes, we're all human, sorry'. I wonder if the attitude was because she was the one who made the mistake. A simple sorry about the inconvenience would have been sufficient. I don't care for snotty people.
