Very clean and amazing smelling store. You can tell the team at B&BW works hard to make a fun and inviting environment. Special shout out to Sally and Jenna for helping us use the app and member discount! Will definitely shop again for those seasonal soaps!

I love bath and body works products. They are wonderful and have amazing, unique scents that bring people lots of love. Recently I went to purchase some products and was unfortunately disappointed by my visit. I found what I looking for and so much more but my experience was lessened by the cashier. As someone who knows what they are looking for and does not interact with the employees around the store offering assistance, the cashier was, in a way, the face of the company. They were rude, pushy and snarky. I left after checking out feeling antagonized by the cashier. This would not drive me away from purchasing from here again but it greatly lessened the quality of my recent visit.

If one store could still represent 90's mall culture, it's alive and well here. The store is filled with preteen girls but the selection is impressive. I can't smell anything after the third scent and it's very artificial. But, that said, I guess $4 soap can give you a mood lift, so it's like an inexpensive moment of peace.

Love love love this store! Great products such as Blueberry Pancake candles and wonderful aromatherapy products for sleep and stress relief! The staff there are the most upbeat and kind young people I have ever encountered! This store is a must-visit for anyone headed to Eastview Mall!!

This Bath & Body Works shop inside Eastview Mall is my favorite place to shop! It is clean, well-organized and so easy to find whatever you're looking for. The staff are super friendly and helpful and of course it smells amazing in there! There are almost always good deals and I always leave so happy!
