I love this store. The employees are all so helpful, always available, and kind. I SHOULD SAY THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER WHO WE LOVE ARE LIKE A SECOND FAMILY. We just got back from the store, CHECK OUT THE STORE FOR HALLOWEEN IN JULY! WE ARE IN LOVE!!! You just have to go here. So much fun! ❤️❤️❤️ The store is spacious, bright, and fairly new in this location. It was previously at the mall. I highly recommend a visit.

I had purchased over seven Christmas candleholders less than three days later, they had a 40% promotion for all candleholders but the one I bought was pulled from the shelf after they gave the 40% off promotion to half the people in the beginning of the promotion. I don’t feel it is appropriate to pull an item off the shelf after giving half the customers the promotion I called customer service and they would not override my $700 receipts that is not fair that half of the customers would get the promotion.

*The 2 older mature ladies at the store provide kind; polite service! Keep them. They smile and help!!🤗 * Versus the usual young NOT polite; not smiling rude young girls that thankfully were not there!! And provide terrible unkind service! Fire these!! Zero stars. * The store is too far for me to frequent. * I dislike they don't give free items anymore.

I love the new location, it's beautiful, it's definitely a bit further from my house than before but things change and that's okay so I tried to write a review earlier and I went on too long so I'm going to TRY to make it shorter and to the point... if you are trying to pay for something with a physical gift card and I'm not speaking of an e-gift card, I mean a regular gift card with the barcode on the back - the cashier will always be the one to scan it because I went up there with limited funds thinking I would get two full-size items and only have to use what was left on my gift card and there was a little bit of a sticker over part of the barcode and I'm not saying any names because she was very nice BUT it kind of made me angry because she obsessively swiped the card up and down aggre

AMAZING STORE!!! The employees are so kind! The manager Jennifer was so patient with me the other day when I was a train wreck. And Jaime had been so kind on several occasions. The store is clean and always great deals!!!
