Good Night To All , The staff are very pleasant at the door and the register. I loveeee Bath and body stores and I have been shopping there for years. I loveee the moonlight Path body spray/ lotion , the smell is wonderful. I enjoyed lighting some of the candles because it gives the house a pleasant smell and it very welcoming. There are so many different items to choose from and many different smells. I have recommend the stores to many friends and family. Thank You for having great prices and always keeping the stores clean.

Green acres is my favorite location. The workers are so helpful and kind. Even though Roosevelt field Mall is close to me. I rather go to Green acres! I am so grateful for all the help I received every time I go. Thank you so much 😊 I love the semi annual sale! Best time of the year

Pros: Clean and organized. Good holiday sale Products smell satisfactory. Lotion stays on after handwashing. Skin feels softer. Cons: Paradox of choice. Way too many options, especially that smell like eachother. Sensory nightmare. It was extremely overwhelming to walk through and try to find something. Walls and shelves full of tons of items, made me dizzy! I tried walking around the store to find something that I like but all the options overwhelmed me so I just left. The workers were nice, but most of them were just talking behind the register or on their phones. The line was longer than it needed to be. I counted 5 people standing behind the counter and only one register open. I was getting help from an associate and another worker walked up behind me and cut me off to talk to her. H

Please tell me how is it possible that a manager does not know how to do a simple return?? I spent over 20 minutes at the front desk while the manager kept telling me I need a receipt to do my return turns out all she had to do was scan my app loyalty card and she found my purchase. Unacceptable you get to be a manager and don't know this simple return strategy.

I love bath and body works so much that people mistake me for an employee. I have always and will always continue to be a bath and body works customer.
