Bath & Body Works

Ordered online for in-store pick-up to avoid crowds. Everything was correct with my order. Love the packaging. There were no lines when it first opened. Only one other customer inside the store. Lots of options are available in multiple scents. There is plenty of free parking. Greeted with a smile and good customer service. Would go again.

It takes a strong leader and an amazing roll model to run a tight ship. Much kudos to Trina and her crew. Very uplifting when the members acknowledge your presence and ask if you need help. They just don’t fill in empty space on shelves and keep the facility clean, they each have a wealth of knowledge that makes me weak when adding things into my basket. I love all of their suggestions when I give them an idea of what I like and there you are, I’m spending more (not at all in a bad way) than I intended to. Thanks team for the great work.

So i ordered online thinking that i could go pick up my body washes after work but i guess its my fault for not checking the hours got ALL the way there and the doors were open but the security said i cant go in so i try and get the attention of the associates inside to see if it would be possible to get my order and they tell me they cant because their computers are shut down which made me think… well how do you clock out?but anyway I liked this store initially until I found out the hours are 10-5 which is ridiculous to me and I have to wait until the weekend to get my items overall not a great experience for me

Today was my first time coming here and I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt compelled after my visit. The employees were SO helpful, kind, and attentive and the store was absolutely immaculate. I didn’t want to touch anything because everything was perfectly in place. What a great shopping experience. I’m so happy this store is here!! Thank you B&B!

Came by used my gift after work 5pm closed this sad I get off work every day at 5pm most place in Plaza don't closed pass 6 hopefully bath body work think about changing the time. Understand vallejo be unsafe People rob store make bad us good Loyal Customers that don't do that thing. I got 4 gift card from store coworkers birthday and babyshower didn't time the closed other family going hard time using gift card even on weekend they get off work same time . Maybe open up 8to5 on Saturday 10 to 7 or 9 to 5. I ready to come to store spend my gift and cash you all not open yet. Look though windows set up really beautiful I will going in to store hopefully soon
