I have this snob cashier/sales assistant to thank for. Because of her indifference, i will not go back to this place, and will save a lot of hard-earned money which i splurge here every month or more often. What did i do wrong to change your attitude from being so chatty and friendly to the previous customer, to being quiet when it was my turn? But, your eyes and mouth show disgust on me, not even faking a greeting, but just like a robot doing it's thing to transact. Oh why bother, i'll not come back here anyway. Aside for our personal use, I buy every month to collect and give them all every Christmas for my family and relatives abroad. This will be the last batch of purchase though. In fairness to the other staff, they're mostly friendly. But i don't want to be reminded of that experie

I love when I can swing by this B&BW!!! The location is so easy and convenient! The staff here is always helpful even when there’s a huge sale. I can always find someone to ask for help and checkout is never more than a minute.

I am a frequent shopper at Bath & Body Works in Upland, visiting about once a week. Unfortunately, I have had repeated negative experiences with an associate named Anna (blonde hair). On at least six occasions she has treated me rudely, but today was the final straw. On September 12, around 4:00 p.m., I came in to shop and redeem rewards. While checking out, Anna rang up the customer ahead of me, then helped another customer at the next register. When it was my turn, she deliberately did not call me over. Instead, another associate had to come up just to check me out, as if Anna refused to assist me. During the transaction, Anna stood nearby and kept staring at me with a nasty look. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and made me feel singled out — like she thinks I don’t belong there.

I WOULD LOVE TO LEAVE ZERO STARS! But I want everyone to read this. My mother is a Bath & Body works fanatic, I mean Bath & Body works EVERYTHING for decades! Yesterday she went to this location and was literally ONE PENNY, Yes ONE CENT short so this URSULA lady made my 77 yr old mother go out to her handicapped parked car for a PENNY! So my mom brought her 11 cents and told her here is an EXTRA 10 cents so that you don't make some other 77 yr old woman go to her car for a penny! I work in the industry and I know that she would have had the penny when she counted her register and the end of her shift! Then she proceeded to LIE to another customer who my mom gave a 20% coupon to! I'm sure this isn't the first time they've had a complaint from this nasty individual. GET RID OF HER BATH &

She charged me 16 body lotions, I only had 15 when I got home. Check your items and receipts before leaving the store.
