I usually love this store the employees are so helpful, so nice. Unfortunately I went for the candle sale, and found out I couldn't use my coupon on my candle holder(which was fine) I was planning on buying it anyways since it was the last one until the lady at check out was being very rude. I was bummed I didnt buy it; I was just overwhelmed with everything going on. Then I asked her for a bag to separate my candles from my friend's, then she told me very rudely she was trying to figure it out because I need 5 candles for the holiday bag ( I was okay with just a regular bag, she just didnt ask) thank God, the manager was right next to us and quickly got me a bag. Sending review to cooperate office. Staff here need to keep their hands to themselves . One star was because store was kept up nice during busy time and staff Anthony was helpful to my grandson and his girlfriend !!!

Best place to shop for your wife or girlfriend but they also have a great variety of men's fragrance. The teakwood is one of my favorites. They have seasonal items that are always popular. The help here is excellent. Highly friendly and helpful staff. 😊 They just need more cashiers lol lines get long but it's a good thing too I guess. If your not into great smelling lotions or candles or anything else that makes you smell neat then I wouldn't go in here. 😛✌🏽

I love bath & body works gabbie is the sweetest she help me choose some profumes for my family she deserves a rasie she is the sweetest person I've ever met she is very positive she has a beautiful smile too I will definitely be coming back

Love this store!! Friendly store associates are always helpful with a great knowledge of their products. Store is always clean and well-stocked with all the latest body care fragrances & candles for men and women...🙂
