The remodel is beautiful, more space and great flow to the store. Of course awesome smells 🥰 Staff super friendly and helpful. They have a new App, make sure you load it.Way more benefits and gifts. Who doesn't love that!

August 2025 coupons are not being honored online. Chat support advised this was because of 'changes'. And purchase is required although the coupon says it is not. Will not work if you do not add at least a hand sanitizer - even when choosing to pick up in store.(that is an existing issue). Used to be fantastic on deals and customer service but are now very bait and switch with deals and coupons. Will avoid shopping here for special occasion gifts and self from now on.

My #1 BBW aside from Southroads. A smaller store but that's a huge part of its appeal☺️. The associates remember who you are and it's a far more intimate setting, yet they always have what I'm looking for. They're always helpful and a joy to converse with during each visit.

I love this Bath & Body Works it have a lady there I don't know her name but she is always friendly and so helpful she makes my shopping experience great every time

2 year anniversary. I decided to repeat our steps on our first date out. 2 years ago she drove down from Edmond, we went to Starbucks in Utica Square and ordered two 🔥 lattes. Next up was Bath & Body works and we bought some candles and car scents. Then we walked around and enjoyed the lights and holiday feel. The repeat was just as great. The staff was extremely cheerful. We were joking with the lady at the door and it was hilarious. "don't encourage bad behavior" she will know who we are now haha (12/3/22 @ 1930ish). Lady in the store was singing and laughing with everyone and the register folks were smiling and happy. It was great. Only feedback I will give is the one person not dressed in work clothes but with a walkie and working on placements of products, she wasn't the most cheer
