Bath & Body Works

I stock up on my Bath & Body Works candles and hand sanitizers every Halloween season! I am obsessed with all the scents they offer and each year their items get more cute! The candles we’re currently buy one get one free so that was a great deal. I also purchased a large candle holder. The lady at the register was super helpful and even let me know I had a birthday coupon to use. So I got a mini lotion for my husband to use at work for free.

We went to this location not knowing it was the annual sale of almost everything in the store being in sale for $4.95. it was great and super busy! We had to ask for help from the staff multiple times, everyone of the representatives were amazing. In the crazy busy time they were all willing to help and with a smile and each one took their time with us. It was incredible that they were this busy and still friendly and inviting. The cashier was even great. Walking away and helping us find bags. So happy with this location!

The staff are all very friendly and nice. Michelle helped me find a new scent that I love. The store is clean and organized.

Super rude staff! I didn't get her name but ahe was Hispanic with blonde hair and heavy makeup. Started yelling at me in Spanish and slammed the draw I was looking for a fragrance in. Mind you these drawers are NOT locked and DO NOT have signs saying do not open. I spent over $300 in that store and she made me regret every penny!

Had the worst service today. When I walked in everyone was nice and I had an online order and one of the females was getting it ready, I had already told her I wanted to exchange my candle and she said okay she’d have my bags ready. By the time I was ready another female went up to help me and told me she couldn’t do an exchange, that it’d have to get refunded and I’d have to purchase another one. Eventually right before I left she said she’d be able to do the exchange cuz I told her how they’ve never told me that before but then she said, well I can’t I already did the refund. She said the refund takes 1-2 business days, I looked at my receipt online and it says 5-7 business days. I will never come to this one again.
