I absolutely love their wallflower plug-ins. They last a long time and some that have scent control/night light are the best. I especially love the teal colored three turtles. They are so pretty at night. My favorite new scent is Winter Apple. It is a little sweet but not overpowering and refreshing. The scent control plug in with a night light is perfectly bright and you can control the amount of scent you want. In this particular store the staff is very friendly but professional. I love the intimate set up of this store. I would highly recommend this item/store.

Izzy was so great!! We came by with no expectations of shopping, Izzy was super helpful in communicating the deals that were happening in store and helping with navigating the different scents we were shopping for. She gave us great suggestions based on our shopping needs and did so without being pushy or uncomfortable. Not only were we receiving great service ourselves, we witnessed how seamlessly she helped multiple groups at once!

Usual BBW store, but I didn't get any assistance offered at all. It felt a bit unusual.

NO STAR IS MORE LIKE IT!! MARYBETH WAS THE WORST PERSON IN THAT STORE! I was so excited b/c I love this store! Great fragrance, great bargain! Plus this is so close to the new hospital that I work at. It’s probably because I was ASIAN THATS WHY SHE GAVE ME THE BIGGEST ATTITUDE !! All b/c I asked if she can use a coupon I found online. She snapped at me and said “ NO THAT DOESN'T WORK HERE” she did t even look at it! TRUST ME WHEN I SAY I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE AT THE HOSPITAL HEARS MY STORY!

One of the sales reps was very nice. I almost made a purchase because of her.
