Bath & Body Works

One of my favorite stores in the mall, and I've been going there for years. I love their body creams in a tube, and my favorites are citrus/fruit scents. When I was there at the Oaks Mall recently, they were all set up for Fall, with the scents of the season (but not overwhelming as you walk in). Impeccably organized store with extremely helpful staff, I'm so glad this store survived the mall shutdown. Buying products in person is so important, and they are still there. Yay!

I usually don’t write reviews on chain stores BUT absolutely LOVE this store. The Thousand Oaks team is always so welcoming. They work one on one with you to find your perfect scent and preferences. Which sometimes is time consuming to say the least but they never mind. The management is so nice as well. I always love talking to them. They make sure I know all the promos which is always a plus. The one manager put me on to the laundry scent beads and I’m obsessed. He’s always so friendly, helpful and super cheery.

I went to this location today to return a faulty wallflower plug that has been heating up and leaking. The manager argued with me and said you have to watch these and replace them before the liquid runs out or they can have this issue. I don't remember ever seeing that information. He basically said it was not defective and was my fault this happened and would not replace the item. He offered me a discount to buy another one. I spend hundreds of dollars at this store but will no longer shop here. Poor management and poor customer service. Awful return policy of their defective items.

I love coming to this store. Everyone is so wonderful, especially Gabe. He always remembers my face which makes me feel so special. He really listens to what I’m looking for. If he’s not there any of the staff that has helped me has always been kind and helpful.

I had a such a great experience with the team & manager at the BBW Thousand Oaks store! I was in need of buying holiday gifts and wasn’t exactly sure of what I wanted to gift and honestly what BBW had to offer. After working with the staff, and especially their manager Gabe, I was able to get gifts that were perfect for the people on my list (and some for myself!). Gabe was very patient with me and listened to all of my questions and gave me great product recommendations. I have officially changed all of my hand soaps to BBW products & their refillable soap dispensers, and I look forward to trying all of the amazing scents & great products they have to offer!
