Wonda is the best ever! I wish I could tip because I’d give her everything, truly helped me so much and made my experience AMAZING!! Definitely an outstanding employee and goes above and beyond for her customers! Deserves a raise, deserves a promotion, everything! That women is literally the highlight of my trip to the woodlands 🫶

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Lindsay was super helpful and extremely patient. She took my words and made me felt heard when it came to my concerns about C.O. Bigelow cologne not being in the store anymore she showed me the new colognes they now carried and I decided to go with Glory. It has such a sweet and slightly sour lemon scent and she described it perfectly. Thanks again Lindsay you are an absolute savior. Also I was very impressed at the ever expanding men's section. My wife also found what she needed as well.

I always have a great experience at Bath & Body Works. The store is inviting, clean, and beautifully arranged. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making shopping there a pleasure. Their customer service really stands out, and I always leave happy with my purchases!

Only giving this score because of the experience I had with one individual her name was Stephanie. She was on register she was rude and acts she hates her job. If you don’t want to work then don’t work there. She fought with a guest about a coupon yes I understand there are fine prints but there is a way to speak to someone not yell at them because they didn’t read it.

Stopped by on Saturday and had a WONDERFUL shopping experience with Jason! Jason is incredibly knowledgeable on the products and made this visit memorable with their inviting personality. Not only did they take the time to show me their recommendations but ALSO answered all of my questions with a smile. Who knew shopping for hand soaps could be SO fun! Loved my purchase and this location!
