Great new location. Very spacious compared to the former mall location. Had quite a few cashiers so the wait time wasn't that bad. Several employees stopped and helped me look for items for my wife.

Never been to a bath and body and my first time there was not fun. Before I could get in I was bombarded with spritz and over power smells from the folks there not everyone likes it and then want to follow me and everytime I would pick something up to look at can I ring this up will be buying online the magchony and teak smell great

** B&BW isn’t in the Mall anymore Glad they upgraded to a whole new location and they have a White Barn section! Clean and neat store, super nice and helpful employees. Got 4 candles for $41 (on sale)

Took the wife to get her goodies for our employees and let's just say from now on we will shop elsewhere. Not a single employee asked us if we needed help and when we finally made our way to the registers they're was 3 people trying to return an online order. After standing there waiting for 15 mins we were then greeted with hostile attitudes and the way they were treating the lady who was returning an online purchase made me walk away from the transaction leaving my wife to finish up which ended up taking an additional 15mins with more attitude.

Staff never ask if i needed assistance. I didnt get shopping basket when i went in. Staff not friendly.acted like sin to give me basket from behind counter. Girl checked me out. Very rude. I almost put stuff back on shelf walked out.
