Today was the Disneyland princess collection launch. The associate Wednesday was absolutely amazing, super friendly, so helpful, great attitude. She's such a great salesperson. We ended up buying the whole Disney collection.

I had Torrey as a cashier and she was such a delight. She was very informative about the new fragrances in store and I will definitely be back to purchase some Milk Bar scents! :)

I’m not sure how trained these workers are, but talking about sexual activity at work is not very appropriate or professional. As a customer with kids, I was very disgusted hearing the conversation I did while this worker was on the clock. I looked at her name tag as it was something starting with a T. Very inappropriate and disgusting to customers, especially those of us with children. I will not be returning.

I entered the store to buy something for my woman and slightly overheard a worker talking inappropriately about a “three sum”. The female worker had brownish blonde hair, really inappropriate and unprofessional.

It is really great that they are open now but it is so difficult bcoz they wont let you open or smell the new stuff now due to Covid. You'll get lucky if there is a candle version of the new scent coz atleast somehow you can smell how it is but ofcourse It'll still have the wax smell to it. So you're just going to buy it and if you dont like it or you had any reaction to it they guarantee you though and may return it back. Btw, I fell in love with this beautiful candle holder. So lucky coz it was the last 1.
