Just finished shopping and all I have to say is April and Alec were really nice April was very interactive and she was very sweet, she showed us her favorite smells and recommended good candles and sanitizers. Also Alec was very kind and greeting at the register. 10/10 would recommend.

Such a great experience. THANK YOU TO AMBER who helped me out a lot today and was very patient and was able to help me with all my questions. So polite and care for sure deserves a raise ! Thank you for making my birthday morning great Amber !

12/26/25 I went on my online account and placed an order for candles to be picked up in store. I ordered 25 candles. Saturday I had not received a message saying that my order was ready so we went to the store to pick it up assuming it would be ready, but they told me to come back another day that it would take them another day to do it! Meanwhile, they sold me 25 candles and they tender $245.91 on PayPal Sunday when we arrive to pick up candles, my husband went to pick them up because I cannot walk we get home and there is only 13 candles. I am missing 12 candles. I assume that because they failed to pull the order for the online sold, bought and paid for candles that they continue to sell their stock in the store at the sale price thus leaving the online customer who prepaid prejudice to

love love love this new location!! i was greeted by miss amber who was so sweet/welcoming and easy to talk to about the new summer line and other new releases. I was disappointed to hear that our old location was closing but was relieved to hear we had a new one opening up and even more relieved after going there for the first time!! no sketchy mall to walk through, right by sally beauty, everything about this store and location i adore!! i forget the name of the girl who was working register but she was very sweet as well! thank you thank you <3

I love the new store and the location is still nearby my home. I commend the nice lady at the register who took the time to show me they had plenty more body sprays of the scent I wanted on the other side of the store. Unlike the lady who greeted me, she just wanted to make a sale and go back and forth with me about whether the three opened sprays on the one side of the store had been sampled. I kept telling her if they're open, someone most likely sprayed them and I wanted a full bottle that was not sampled. She decided to go back and forth with me trying to convince me they were full instead of showing me the many sprays that were on the other side. Then she makes a sarcastic comment indirectly about me saying to someone who asked her hows her day. She said same old people being ridiculo
