Giving this location one star because I am unable to give zero. Horrible customer service, this is the SECOND time I try to redeem rewards I see both on app and website and they say I have none. Today was my birthday and I decided to redeem my $9 bday freebie and planned on purchasing a candle as well, the cashier asked me for my phone number and couldn’t find the rewards, she then asked me to download the app and check my account, unfortunately I barely had service and couldn’t load the app, this whole thing took me almost 10 min standing there trying to make it work because she wanted to see the coupon, even though I had my account logged in (phone browser), I showed her my birthday added to my profile, had that for months, made a purchase a few months ago using the rewards phone number,

I love bath & body works... But every time I go to this particular location the employees are rude.. Almost every time! Today i asked about their deals for clarity and the lady sarcastically told me it's the best she could do , as if to say take it or leave it.. All I did was ask a question... It made me put my stuff back... A time before that.. I got in line and the worker told me I was standing in wrong spot and made me walk all the way around instead of taking me and showing me which direction to walk the next time... I should've put my stuff back that day, but it was for my child.... They need to fix the direction of the line.. As someone who worked in customer service for years I understand how tiring it could be.. But you always have to respect the customers... Without us you wouldn'

We went in and it was not to busy. The cashier was nice at first but seemed to get fussy towards the end. Was not impressed with her customer service. Its the holidays i understand but to be rude for no reason. We were very polite there was no need. I said have a great night and she look right at me and my sister and called the next person. Definitely will drive the extra way to Puyallup.

Friendly and helpful at local store. But customer service over phone sucks. Not proffessional you have to repeat self. It would be nice to have Americans working the phone. No reading from scripts and guessing.

Staff is so nice and the store isn't overwhelming in smell like the mall location!
