I shop at this location ALOT!! I absolutely love most staff and the enthusiasm from the front of store. There’s a pretty eyed girl named Dani who is absolutely a delight to talk with. She may not know all the answers but she is willing to try and ask to help find out. I watch her with others and she is just so sweet. Other front store lady I like is Crystal, she is a doll! Thanks for having awesome staff. I do have one complaint. I was there within a week ago and the cashier Natalie was super rude!! She continued to text while I was waiting at her computer and there was a line. She looked up and said “oh sorry replying to a coworker. Trying to send her some info”. Like I get it but it was extremely rude for her to finish her message before getting the customer. Hope this is addressed as s

I want to give a huge shoutout to Angie at Bath and Body Works. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcomed. She didn’t just help me find what I needed, she went above and beyond with the kind of energy and warmth that completely lifts your day. Her vibe is amazing and honestly every store needs an Angie. She turned a quick shopping trip into such a great experience. She deserves major recognition!

This store location is a favorite stop for me . The store is always full and the staff delivers first class customer service! I have had to do a couple returns and the the experience has always been excellent!

I just went today for the grand opening. It was wonderful! There was something so special about walking in and knowing it was a new, fresh store. I will be spending a lot of time here in the future! I am so glad to welcome this b&bw store to my city!
