Bath & Body Works

I stopped by the Bath & Body Works in Sawgrass Mall and was greeted right away by the staff. The service was quick, and I was in and out without any hassle. A smooth and easy shopping trip!

Store is nicely kept. Staff was helpful but my only issue is as many candles as I have purchased none of them have actually smelled good or had a scent at all. I don’t know what’s going on, few years back they use to smell so pleasant now the only thing I smell is a burning wick 😒. I bought the scents for my car and placed them in every possible spot as direct by the associate. And the plug ins as well. No photos but serve and store 👍

Came in and was immediately greeted, would say it was tad pestering when constantly checked up on. Quick and easy and was able to get out quickly. I would love if able to get better packaging for fragile items like candles. Not bad and woud come around again
