This message is in response to the review from beach14beach 14. Thank you for taking the time to review Bath and Body Works Stoneham. Since my name Eileen was mentioned in the review, I feel the need to provide my version of the situation. When you asked if someone could ‘hop on’, we have a policy in place that once the 5th person enters the line, we call for backup. There was already two cashiers ringing at the time. Additionally, other staff members were working to process online orders (52 to be exact) which were placed from when we closed until 10:00 am when we opened. There is a time limit when online orders must be completed. No one was standing around doing nothing. I did not lit into you, I simply stated the facts. I’ve shopped in the Stoneham store for years. I went to checkout and the cashier was taking a long time with one customer. I asked nicely if someone else could hop on. Well she lit into me about how busy they were and that they were filling online orders. I said that’s fine but maybe someone could go on and go back to what they were doing after. She lit into me ! Ive worked retail And would NEVER talk to a customer that way not to mention I said it nicely! The cashiers name is Eileen and she shouldn’t be working anywhere! She was actually loud! I was embarrassed for her!

Terrible experience shopping here. This was my first time at this location and an employee kept interrupting me instead of letting me shop. It made the whole visit uncomfortable. Would not recommend this location.

I hadn't been to bath and body works in a long time, but I've recently gotten back into perfumes. I've been trying their scents and going to different bath and body works stores in the area and this one has been the best. It's super clean and well stocked! There was a scent I was on the hunt for and both employees were so kind and knowledgeable. One of them was able to find the scent for me, and I was SO excited. Highly recommend this store ❤️

Love this store! The staff is pretty friendly and always willing to help or answer any questions. Sometimes they are out of certain products but thats because it is a popular seller. I go here quite often.
