Simply the kindest and most magical people. I bought 2 candles at the Pooler location and my bag broke and one of my candles shattered and I was told I couldn’t get a replacement since it broke right outside the door and policy keeps them from replacing candles broken outside of the store. I went in to the Statesboro location to purchase some more candles and when the amazing cashier was about to put my candles in a bag, I asked if I could get them in the holder instead and explained the situation from the day before. I didn’t even ask for a replacement, but the associates at this location were nice enough to immediately demand justice for me and my candle, replacing it in mere minutes despite me not even purchasing it at this store. Outstanding service. I will not be returning to the Pool

I ordered 7 bottles of lotion, but only received 6 bottles of lotion. After I contacted them, they said the item was out of stock and promised to refund me. However, they only refunded me $1.04 for one bottle of lotion. I cannot buy a bottle of lotion for $1.04. I feel like I was scammed.

The staff here is the best b&bw staff I've ever encountered! They were all so friendly and helpful. Not just in a, "I have to help you because it's my job" way. They genuinely wanted to know what I was interested in and looking for. Even recommending their favorite items. I'm excited to go back in the spring! Pictured: the candle I bought.

I am a BB&W fanatic & love to shop there. Went to this location on Tuesday June 28,2017 and the asst mgr was so helpful , knowledgeable & friendly. Being in retail management myself it's really hard to find people that seem to enjoy their jobs or even make an effort. So going to the statesboro mall location was a true joy. I can't remember her name but the next time I go in I will be sure to let her manager know how much of a joy she was. Go check out their semi annual sale you won't be disappointed!!

I absolutely love coming to this store! It is always super clean and the managers and staff are always super sweet and very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mae. She was the sweetest employee ever! She recommended some of the best smeling candles I've ever smelled. She was such a ray of sunshine and absolutely made my day.
