Bath & Body Works

When we walked into the store you could immediately feel the tension here. I dont know what's going on at this store but it's clear. The employees hate their job and possibly each other. There wasn't a hi or welcome to bath & body works like every other store I've been in. The only sound heard was the clanking of the ladder being drug through the store. I left without purchasing the negative energy here was just too much.

They were busy but had a sale and the ladies at the registers were doing a good job. I noticed the customers have fun and like to interact with others. "Hey have you tried Lilac Wallflowers?" It smells nice in here too.

Recently I was at B& B. I was able to retrieve my rewards from my phone so the young lady behind the counter did from store computer. Then I accidentally dropped a candle that broke. That same lady exhibited great concern for my well being. A male employee immediately went into action to check on me and clean up. A nearby customer showed concern too. I apologized again to the lady behind the counter. She said, “We care more about our customers than our product!” This entire situation renewed my faith in people. Thank you Bath and Body Works! I’ll continue to spread the word about your overall superiority!

I would give a zero star if that was an option. There's a worker in their name Heather who is so rude it makes me sick. I heard her saying horrible remarks about a customer's race. Then I overheard her talking about how she hates her manager Rochelle & a couple of the girls she works with. When I asked her if they had an item in stock , she rolled her eyes and said if I don't see it out then NO !! I won't be back

Came in today for the body care sale.I get it’s a sale day. I understand there will be more people there. And it’ll be busy for the employees. I’ve worked in the retail and the food industry for years previously and you can either handle it with a smile or don’t. But the vibe and energy of the workers was off. Most seemed flustered, rude, and not very approachable. Kinda felt weird spending as much money there today simply off of the employee coldly telling me to stand outside in line after I tried to be friendly and say hi, the employee who got my pickup order but told “well it’s gonna be a min” with an attitude…as if I inconvenienced her? and the employees coming and going, getting frustrated that customers were standing in line near an employee back entrance for their pick up orders, de
