This by far was one of the best customer service I experience with Candise and Mena. Every store needs this type of customer service. They both were very helpful with my purchase. Both ladies took their time out to assist and work together to help me find something to my liking. I can not thank you ladies enough for all your help. I will be back soon!

This store was amazing! I walked in the store and was greeted by Candice. Her customer service was amazing, she assisted me to one of my favorite scents! She was also very informative about the fragrances.Absolutely love it will be back for more.

Customer service was excellent entire staff was friendly. I appreciate being greeted with a smile and the staff being helpful. Mena helped me find some different fragrances I loved them and I was able to purchase items for me and my brother. Thanks Mena you did an awesome job . Candice helped my daughters out so much with picking out Christmas gifts!! She is very sweet and helpful!

Wife went in today and immediately an employee started following her around the store, watching her every move. No conversation and not even sly about it. Employee just hovered over my wife the entire time she was there. She'd gone in to purchase large stock of gifts for girls group, but left with nothing. My wife is a nurse practitioner and the most honest woman alive. We make very good money and have no reason to steal. We have lived in the community this store is in for 30+ years. My wife left with no intention of ever returning. Shame on Bath and Body Works employees for being so crass and paranoid about your loyal customers.
