The products are amazing, but the people are extremely judgmental. If you look different, you are going to not get people greeting you, talking to you, or asking you questions. My daughter came in to use her birthday gift from the app and I was buying one of the men’s sprays and in the time it took my daughter and I to choose everything, it was silent, no one spoke to us, for at least TEN MINUTES at the Riverfront Mall location in Spokane, WA. When we went to the counter, the young lady with dark hair and thick brows acted as if we inconvenienced her with our presence as my daughter tried to get into her app account. Shifted her weight, rolled her eyes, looked around, flipped her hair. It made my daughter and I uncomfortable. Oh, I’ll go again, but to prove that I’m a person too. Don’t let

I pop in on a fairly regular basis! Mainly to restock my foaming hand soap! And my Wallflower scent bulbs. Both of which I highly recommend! I also love the gift sets that they sell during the holiday season! As did the handful of people that I gifted them to! The staff is always super friendly, too!

Went to this Bath and Body Works tonight and had the absolute best experience thanks to their employee Matt! They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and just so helpful!!! They are such a ray of sunshine and made shopping so much fun!

Had such a wonderful shopping experience here yesterday thanks to the very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Especially the lovely woman running the front of the store I didn’t catch your name. They were out of the candle that I wanted, but she introduced me to one that was very similar, and I walked away a very happy customer. Thank you so much for taking the time!
