Bath & Body Works

I received some coupons in the mail and it was 3 that were attached. I came in the store the day before valentine to pick up an item and decided to take advantage of the coupons mainly because they were expiring on the 16th. I separated them at the register because I was only using 2. Denise informed me when she scanned it that I had used it. I informed her that was impossible because I just got them and separated in front of her. Her first suggestion to me was if I wanted to take the product off and just get the other. I was a little annoyed because she clearly was not trying to help at all. Thank goodness for Ms. Lala who was right beside her and offered to help. She stepped to Denise register while she had her own customer and in seconds the discount was done. Ms. Lala I thank you, not

I like the convenience of just pulling up to the store and not having to walk far to get inside. The staff has always been friendly and helpful towards me. I’ve never had any issues with my orders or finding what I want in store. It just seems to always be a little too crowded.

Most of the employees at this location are great but today i was at the online order pick up window for a long time and an employee with long dreads and facial piercings walked past me multiple times, looked at me, and rolled her eyes. She was stocking merchandise at the time. When she finally came over to help me she didnt greet me at all. And when i was leaving she said nothing. I said, "Thank you so much. have a great day" and she didnt respond at all. I get that everyone has bad days but when i go to work, I am at least respectful and responsive to my clients. Thats all i expect from employees at bath and body works. I hope her day gets better and she starts to respect customers.

Always has the best smells available in store if u dont feel like prdering online. Very nice wprkers as well.

The reason I rated so low is the day I visited, there were not alot of choices for body lotions in the tubes due to Fathers day arriving and a large portion of the store geared towards men. Also, ever since lotions increased in price from $17.95/tube to $18.95/tube, there haven't been really many good bargains I feel. The last few times I have been, the body care have been buy 3 get 1 free. That's right at $60 with tax I have to spend to get 1 free. I will have to stock up during the Semi-annual sales.
