Bath & Body Works

My 14 year old daughter was checking out. She had five items and changed her mind on one of them. The employee was so rude when my daughter asked to take the one item off the order. My daughter was polite. The employee lectured her on knowing what she wants before coming to the counter. This was ridiculous. People change their minds all the time, and there wasn’t even one customer in line behind us. I wish I remembered the employee’s name. We drove from an hour away to shop at this shopping center. Next time, we will skip this store.

Everyone who works here is awesome! There were two young girls that made my day by just being so sweet and fun to talk to! I enjoyed my experience :)

I went to return a body lotion because I had never purchased their lotions before, I always use body creams, but this time I bought a body lotion. It would not absorb into my skin the same way the body cream does. It sat on top of my hands the same way soap will sit on your hands when you wash your hands, except if you don't run your hands under the faucet. It felt like my hands were just covered in soap. And when I got to the store to return this lotion, I explained to the short older woman in the front of the store what was going on, and she acted like what I was saying was impossible. She was confused and almost irritated when I said, the body lotion would not absorb into my skin.
