Sharon was absolutely lovely and extremely accommodating. I have a condition, and she was completely patient with me and didn't make me feel stressed at all. She insisted I didn't need to apologize when I was having trouble properly speaking. I also received help for finding a scent from the one of the other employees scheduled that day, and she was very helpful and kind. I don't write reviews hardly ever, but the treatment I received made my day.

I love the products and their offers. This time, I called the store manager. This morning, I was picking up an order and it took me a while. The people who helped me were totally poorly communicated with each other and were not pleasant with me. I had a bad time. I hope not to repeat it in the future.

Asia assisted us yesterday and we really appreciated her. She was kind enough to go to the back and search for a certain fragrance for us. She was very polite and extremely helpful. We had a great experience.

Eden was great! She went over and beyond to help us find and get what we wanted. Thank you for such wonderful customer service

Walked in today to a very rude and blank looking (Manager?) A huge sign said to go to a certain podium for Pick Ups and I did. She waited for me to initiate a greeting into the store I guess so I told her I was obviously there to pick up. I'd actually gone to the wrong location but saw the same items I'd ordered and asked if I could just change the store pick up location as the product was already paid for. She said yes and to just go to the register. I did and stood in line for quite some time as a young lady on the register seemed to have no clue what she was doing with a different customer order. We kept standing and waiting. The lady who seemed to be a Manager finally noticed the line was growing and went to help the young lady who was already confused at the register. The Manager join
