I had placed an order online to pickup in store. It had been one day past the expired time to pickup. I told the associate I had been in the hospital and that was why I hadn't got there sooner. She had the bag in hand and said sorry, it's expired, with no care whatsoever. Not even to ask if I'd like to purchase in store. That's exactly why I do most of my orders online, at least you don't have to put up with rudeness. I won't be shopping in store again.

I’d like to preface this by saying I know it was Black Friday, and they were trying to make sales. I was genuinely super overstimulated and this older worker would not leave me alone. I even told her multiple times that I was overwhelmed and just wanted to look around. As I was walking away, she called out to me asking if I was going to buy the Black Friday $40 bag with the goodies. I just wanted her to get the hint and leave me alone, as there were many people and I was very very overwhelmed. On the bright side, out cashier was nice and the store handled Black Friday crowds well.

They never answer the phone and if they do you will be on hold for 15 minutes till you hang up and call back then they won't answer the phone again I've got it recorded how many times I have called the store and it rings off the hook and nobody ever answers. What horrible customer service!

The best Bath and Body Works in NC. There are amazing sales every single day, from hand soaps to lotions. Cheap prices always. I save tons of money every time. I recomend this location if you want to get more for less. I travel all the way from Wake Forest to this location and I will keep returning.
